BaseStone are Finalists of the Digital Construction Awards 2018

We are honoured and excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2018 Digital Construction Awards in the Category for the Best Application of Technology. This category provides recognition for those companies of projects that effectively utilise the application of a specific technology or process to deliver measurable improvements. Our nomination for this category comes down to the massive productivity gain of 60% that was achieved using BaseStone, by our partner and long-standing customer, the Costain Skanska Joint Venture (CSJV), for their work on the London Underground Bakerloo Line Link (BLL) project at Paddington Station. The winners will be announced at the Digital Construction Awards on the 17th October – so wish us the best of luck!

BaseStone now available on UK Governments Digital Marketplace G-Cloud 10

We are happy to announce that from the go-live date of G-Cloud 10 (Monday 2 July 2018) BaseStone is available on the Digital Marketplace. BaseStone is fully committed to the UK Government’s Digital Marketplace and has been available on the platform since G-Cloud 6. We are excited to continue to offer our software on the platform. BaseStone’s digitalisation of construction processes brings large cost savings to public sector funded projects and boosts productivity for contractors servicing the public sector.

BaseStone nominated for New Civil Engineer’s TechFest 2018. Award

We are honoured to announce that we are shortlisted at New Civil Engineer’s TechFest 2018. Award in Startup category. The winners will be announced at New Civil Engineer TechFest 2018, taking place the evening of Wednesday 19th September at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel in London. We will have the oportunity to present BaseStone to the TechFest audience on the main stage. TechFest celebrates technology and innovation-hungry civil engineers.

On this occasion our CEO, Alexander Siljanovski, MEng(Hons) said for the New Civil Engineer: “We are honoured to be shortlisted as finalists for Startup of the Year at the NCE Techfest Awards. NCE’s Techfest has always represented and highlighted the very best in technology for the construction industry, and as such helps to drive much needed technological improvements to the industry as a whole. We are very excited, and wish all of the contenders the best of luck.”
