11/07/18 PDF Processing Issues - RESOLVED Update: 11/07/18 10:18 UTC We have resolved the problem and processes are back to normal. We are investigating the source of the outage.
Update: 11/07/18 09:45 UTC We are aware that a number of document processing services are having problems this morning since approximately 9am BST. We have identified the errors and are working on a fix. We will update this page as we have more information.
22/02/18 Temporary Server Issues - RESOLVED Update: 13/3/18 16:25 UTC A fix was released into production over the weekend of the 10th March and has been successfully tested internally and in production. Update: 1/3/18 18:00 UTC In the week since the incident all servers have been running normally. We have also isolated the source of the problem which is limited to a very small number of users. We are working on a fix and will release it after testing and validation.
Update: 23/02/18 19:00 UTC After Thursdays performance issues all systems are now operating normally. Investigations continue as we have yet to fully isolate the source of the issue. Therefore the issue remains open
Update: 22/02/18 17:25 UTC At approx 3pm today our monitoring service reported short outages. We have done a rolling restart on all servers and are monitoring the situation. We are aware that some customers have experienced errors connecting as a result of this and apologise. We will update as soon as we have more information on the source of the error
10/01/18 Temporary Connectivity Issues - RESOLVED Update: 11/01/18 10:15 UTC Some users may have experienced problems logging in and with BaseStone working intermittently this morning. We believe this is related to yesterday's issues and hopefully have resolved them now. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
Update: 10/01/18 12:07 UTC For approximately 45 minutes from 1010 UTC today 10th Jan there was a temporary problem connecting to the BaseStone session management service. This resulted in some errors being reported as user authentication validation was temporarily offline. In addition some users will have seen the internet error message as our test endpoint was also checking this service.

Update: 05/01/18 09:50 UTC We apologise for the continued performance issues with BaseStone today. Our developers have isolated the problem and have made some progress toward a solution. We will provide additional updates today at 2pm and 5pm if a solution has not been rolled out by then. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience. We are aware of performance issues impacting the web application since 0830 UTC this morning, peaking at around 1100 UTC. We are very sorry for any inconvenience using the BaseStone web application. We are working to get to the root of the issue and fix it. We will update this page with more information as we have it. Please accept our apology.
