Last year BaseStone attended Digital Construction Week on the 18th and 19th October 2017 at the Excel Centre in London. Our founder and CEO, Alexander Siljanovski MEng(Hons) MSc CEng MIET FRSA, presented with two great sessions with topics: Tech Stage: Use of Technology to Drive Productivity Industry 4.0 Stage: Productivity, Smart Contracts and the Blockchain During Digital Construction Week, we asked our colleagues a big question “How do we Improve Productivity in Construction?” , because productivity in the construction industry has declined steadily and significantly since the 1960’s in both Europe and the USA. BaseStone nominated as finalists for this year’s Construction Enquirer Award for Best Supplier!

It’s been an exciting few weeks at BaseStone, first it was announced that we have been nominated as a finalist for this years NCE TechFest Award for Increasing Productivity, and now it has just been announced that we are also a finalist for this year’s Construction Enquirer Award for Best Supplier (under £25 mil).

We would like thank all of the thousands that voted and helped BaseStone achieve Top 10 recognition as a finalist!
This recognition highlights some of the great work that our Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams do day-in, day-out, and we are extremely proud of every one of them for their continued commitment to helping our customers unlock the true value of going digital with BaseStone!

Both awards aren’t until October but fingers crossed (and toes) that we’ll come home with both and add that to last year’s BCI Highly Commended Award for the Application of Technology that we received for our work with both Costain and Skanska at Crossrails C405 Paddington Contract!

BaseStone Champions summer drinks July 2017.

On Thursday 27th of July at 5pm we organised a summer evening drinks at BaseStone London office for all our BaseStone Champions. We were happy to see our friends and partners and we very much enjoyed excellent and interesting talks about construction industry and innovation.
